1995-1999            Assisting with coaching sessions at Rhondda Lawn Tennis Club.
1996                     Work Experience placement at ‘Tennis Wales’.
1999, 2001           Tennis Coaching Junior age groups for Rhondda Cynon Taff Council.
1999 - 2003          Tennis Coaching mini tennis and junior age groups for Rhondda Lawn Tennis Club.
2001-2003            Tennis Coaching ranging from mini tennis to adults for the Welsh National Tennis Centre.
2002-2003            Club coach for mini tennis, juniors and adults at Llantrisant Lawn Tennis club
2002-2012            Referee for various events throughout South Wales at local and regional level

2003                     Cover coach for all ages at Penarth Windsor Lawn Tennis Club.

2003                    Multisport and Tennis Coaching as part of the Rhondda Cynon Taff City Tennis Scheme.

2003-2011          Head coach at Caerphilly Tennis club

2004-2008         Working as a coach with Cardiff Stars tennis club (Learning Disability)

2005-2011         Coach at Cardiff Wheelchair tennis club (I started out working with Geraint Richards to gain experience and took over the role as coach when Geraint became GB national junior coach. I believe this helped with regular coaching as I have to think on my feet to solve problems).

2006- 2010      Working with the Tennis Foundation on national learning disability tennis camps

2011 Onwards  Head coach at Radyr Lawn Tennis Club.

Tennis Achievements
Highest ranking of 6 in the Open category in South Wales acheived in May 2013 (currently at 9 at time of writing). Highest UK ranking of 317 achieved October 2014.
Current ranking of 1 in South Wales (5 in UK) over 30s.
Acheived a rating high of 5.1 recently through entering tournaments and gaining valuable experience to pass on. Have entered British Tour events at Grade 1 and Grade 2 level in Tipton and Swansea.
Winner of the men's singles and doubles events at Radyr LTC in 2012 and 2013. Finalist of the mixed doubles in 2013.
Winner of Grade 3 doubles tournament at Cardiff LTC with Tom James. Also a finalist at the Allt Yr Yn men's open tournament.
A member of Caerphilly men's first team that gained back to back promotions from Division 1 East, through Premier 3 and Premier 2 divisions up to the top division of Premier 1. Finished 3rd in the league in our first season showing an excellent home record of 80% wins.
Member of Rhiwbina Men’s Aegon Team winning the South Wales title in 2012 & gaining promotion to the regional tier of British Tennis.

Now playing for Radyr men's 1st team gaining promotion from Premier 3 to 1 with 2 league titles in 3 seasons. Have been part of the Radyr team getting promoted to Premier 1 for the first time since 1981. Current top player in Premier 2 wiht the most wins.
Gained succisive promotions in the Cymru Kitchens winter league with juniors as young as 11 playing in the adult league.

Member of Rhiwbina Men’s 1st Team who have won South Wales Division 1, Premier 3, Premier 2 in 3 successive years.
Member of Rhiwbina Men’s Aegon Team winning the South Wales title in 2012, 2011, 2010, 2009 & gained promotion to the regional tier of British Tennis in 2012.
Winner of the Men’s singles Almondsbury T.C. Open 2012
